TRON Surpasses 4B Network Transactions Following Huobi’s
As per reports, the total number of TRON blockchain transactions has recently surpassed 4 billion, with 4,812,800 transactions added in the previous 24 hours alone.

The cryptocurrency industry may appear to be in a slump, with its market capitalization well below the desired $1 trillion milestone.
However, some of its assets like TRON (TRX) are seeing price gains and hitting new highs in other areas.
According to sources statistics, the total number of transactions on the TRON blockchain has recently surpassed 4 billion, with 4,812,800 transactions added in the last 24 hours alone.
TRON's total value locked (TVL) has surpassed $12.5 billion, and the number of accounts created on the network has surpassed 115 million, a little over two months after TRON became the second-largest public chain by stablecoin market cap.
Rumors of Huobi acquisition
Meanwhile, Justin Sun, the founder of TRON, is said to be the real buyer of crypto exchange Huobi, possibly with the help of Sam Bankman-Fried’s FTX.
On October 8, Huobi reported that its controlling shareholder company has transferred all of the shares of HuobiGlobal held by the fund of About Capital Management. However, multiple sources reported that Justin Sun was the actual investor in this fund.
Despite Sun's denial, he announced on his official Twitter media account that he had been appointed to Huobi's Global Advisory Board, as confirmed by the crypto exchange.
According to sources, FTX and Justin Sun have made initial contact with Huobi founder Li Lin, who is looking to sell his majority stake in the exchange for $3 billion. As per rumours, FTX made investments to aid Justin Sun in this transaction.
TRON price analysis
After reports of the acquisition started circulating, the price of TRON's TRX token increased to $0.06431, representing a rise of 4.02% on the day and 5.46% over the last seven days.
According to CoinGabbar statistics, TRX currently has a market value of $5,947,214,346 and is the 15th largest cryptocurrency by this metric.
