About BLOK | Cryptocurrency Ico
The $BLOK token is a security token representing the asset held by users of the BLOK solution after acquisition on the platform.
Holding this token allows their owners to enjoy rental income in proportion to the share they represent for the series concerned. They will also receive the capital gain in proportion to the number of $BLOK held at the time of the resale of the property. These revenues are paid to $BLOK holders and this every week or month in the form of payments ($USDC, $BKT and/or euros).
Each real estate program will result in the creation of a new series of $BLOK tokens. In general, it will be necessary for users to pass a KYC to use the Blok solution.

The terms initial coin offering (ICO) and initial dex offering (IDO) are somewhat similar to an initial public offering (IPO) on the stock market. An ICO is a method
of raising funds for the development of new blockchain apps, cryptocurrencies, or
financial services. Both are methods of crowdfunding in which investors may buy
tokens generated by the company. The only difference between them is that in an ICO,
tokens are sold before exchange listing, and tokens in an IDO are immediately listed
on the DEX (Decentralized Exchange) via which they are launched.
ICO and IDO are the same and different in many aspects. In both of these token issuers, don't pay direct fees to middlemen. And this is what is in keeping with
Bitcoin and other altcoins peer to peer culture. However many IDO launchpads are
changing due to their growing popularity and usage growth.
IDO is beneficial in many ways. It offers transparent and equal fundraising, fast trading practices and instant liquidity.
An ICO model helps in providing sufficient liquidity, it allows minimal paperwork and also guarantees high returns on investments.
