Tranchess is a risk-return tracker that helps increase the return on assets. Tranchess uses a single main fund that tracks a specific underlying asset to offer different risk/return matrices. The name Tranchess comes from the game of chess and the French word "tranche," which is often used to describe funds that offer different levels of risk to different types of investors. Tranchess came out on June 24, 2021.
The main fund, also known as "Token Queen," follows a certain underlying asset and can be split into two equal sub-funds. We chose BTC on purpose as the first cryptocurrency to track. It also has many of the same features as DeFi, such as farming with a single asset, borrowing and lending, trading, etc.
Smart contracts are used in the project, which makes it open and easy to understand. The protocol lets users make more money while keeping track of BTC, earn more money by lending out their tokens, or use leverage without being forced to sell. As part of their staked returns, users also get a cut of what the platform makes. Both NAV and yield gain is possible in the Tranchess ecosystem.
