The 5th IEEE International Conference on Decentralised Applications and Infrastructures (IEEE DAPPS 2023) aims to facilitate interaction between researchers and practitioners working on Decentralised Applications (dApps) based on Distributed Ledger Technologies, Blockchains, and related technologies. The conference is a component of the IEEE CISOSE 2023 congress. We are glad to inform that selected accepted papers will be asked to contribute to the special issue on Decentralised Applications and Infrastructures of Blockchain: Research and Applications (Elsevier). In addition, all approved conference papers will be published in IEEE proceedings.
