Telegram's Wallet Bot Launches Crypto Payment Service with Wallet Pay

Wallet, a Telegram bot, has launched a crypto payment solution called Wallet Pay on the TON blockchain. The service allows users to make direct payments within the Telegram interface. Wallet Pay is available in most jurisdictions supported by the wallet service, except for the United States and countries blacklisted by the Financial Action Task Force. Compliance responsibility for accepting cryptocurrency payments lies with local businesses, as some countries do not allow residents to pay with crypto. The service supports Bitcoin, Tether, and Toncoin, and fees range from 1% to 3% during the beta period. Withdrawal fees are also applicable.
